Returns and exchanges

How much time do you have?

You have a refund 30 days after receiving the parcel, without giving a reason. The statutory deadline is 14 days - we have voluntarily extended it to 30 days, under the same principles.

How to report a return

1. Report a return via the form speedzwroty.pl/piercingplanet, in your Customer Account or by e-mail to shop@piercingplanet.pl. You can use the template form from Appendix 1 to the Regulations, but you do not have to.
2. Send the goods within 14 days of notification to the following address:

You are responsible for the shipping costs. The easiest way is to send a parcel via Quick Returns by InPost - you will see the price in the form. You can also send the parcel by any carrier.

In what condition should the goods be sent back?

You can view the goods as you would in a stationary store. Do not wear jewelry for piercing - for hygiene reasons, we cannot resell such a product, and the buyer is responsible for reducing the value of the goods. Please return the product preferably in the packaging in which you received it.

What cannot be returned

• products anodized to your order in the selected color,
• products sterilized on your order, if the sterile packaging has been opened.

Money back

We will refund the price of the products and the cost of the cheapest delivery offered to you within 14 days of receiving your request, using the same payment method you used for the purchase. We may withhold payment until we receive the parcel or proof of shipment.

If you purchased products in a promotion depending on the number or value of products in the order (e.g. "3 for the price of 2"), the settlement rules for returning part of the order are described in the regulations of this promotion.

Exchange

The quickest way to exchange a product is to return it and place a new order.

Damaged or wrong product

Check the package after receipt. If the product is damaged, defective or you received the wrong product, please write to shop@piercingplanet.pl. This is a complaint, not a return - you do not incur the cost of sending it back. We will consider it within 14 days.
